I am a licenced Pro/Am Boxing coach with over 30 years experience. My boxers have won numerous national championships and world gold medals. When you train with Benfleet Boxing you will be taught the fundamentals of boxing in the correct way and then the tactics to help you excel as a boxer. Whilst the training is tough and will no doubt get you into the best shape of your life you will also enjoy it thoroughly and have fun doing so!
